Dogs & Cats Welcome
Cats and dogs are welcome (no weight limit). Up to 2 pets per home. One‑time pet fee: $200 per pet. Refundable pet deposit: $200 per pet. Monthly pet rent: $25 per pet. Breed restrictions apply for dogs; other small pets (hamsters, birds, turtles, fish) allowed with limits (e.g., max two birds, 20‑gal tank for tropical fish).
